Identify your income and expenses: The first step in creating a budget is to identify your income and expenses. The impact of social media on communication and relationships

Social media has dramatically changed the way we communicate and interact with others. On one hand, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter allow us to connect with people all over the world, strengthening relationships and building a sense of community. On the other hand, social media can also have a negative impact on our relationships, leading to feelings of isolation, jealousy, and comparison. Additionally, social media can make it harder for people to have deep, meaningful conversations and to read nonverbal cues, which is essential for effective communication. It's important to be mindful of how social media is affecting our relationships and communication, and to make sure we're using these platforms in a way that enhances rather than detracts from our connections with others.

Young Adults and Apparent disorders

These days teens and young adults often have confusion, stress, depression, and multiple other apparent disorders. Now the question may arise how do we call it "apparent"? We must name most of them "apparent" just because many of these problems occur due to a lack of information or wrong messages passed between people, and immature teen brains most often relate the issue to their own life. The fact is the problems look similar, but there is a gap between "similar" and "same." You may be in a situation (like who's not facing one??), but before relating and getting attached to a feeling, somebody else has, check whether it's the "same" problem or a "similar" one.      Well, after talking about the problems, we must talk about some of the probable solutions. These problems can be solved by being optimistic, patching up with some good friends, and practicing being happy with little things in life. Being busy with wor...

Friendship!

Friendship is one of the first and unavoidable things that come into our lives from the very first phase. According to the formal definition,  friendship  is often considered a mutual and agreeable relationship between two individuals. Like many other things, this relationship also has a few rules and regulations that must be followed in order to keep it healthy, if not followed things can end up in a serious mess. Some very important aspects of friendship are – (a).  Loyalty - We should always be loyal. Cheating can be devastating at times for both ends as trust-breaking is one of the most hurting things we face in life and can turn the cheated person into an incredulous person (who cannot really trust anyone after being cheated on). (b). Sharing carefully -  As we are social creatures we often have a tendency to just share everything with everyone, at times which results in unwanted distribution of some private chats we had with someone sometimes that can lead...

Life and mother nature!

We, the living beings live on this beautiful earth. Mother nature is holding us on her lap. She is the only one due to which our planet earth supports life as she has prepared a beautiful environmental set-up with all types of life supports like oxygen, water, etc. We, consider 7 wonders of the world but we knowingly or unknowingly don't notice that the biggest wonder of the world is this mother nature herself. Where she keeps on supporting human life physically by providing the required components, she also helps us by manipulating our psychological state which directly or indirectly improves our mental wellbeing. Now, the question is how?               We work more with technology these days and due to the work pressure often get away from nature which sometimes causes prolonged tiredness and a very common problem these days called 'Depression'. For some time after a tiring work hour if we just go out and feel mother nature without any di...

Imperfections makes us perfect!

Look around you! You'll get to see numerous people, post-interaction you'll notice that none of them is perfect. Yes, imperfection is a thing that is inexorable. None of us is 100% perfect or 100% imperfect. Imperfections should be thanked for being a part of us as it's in human nature that as soon as we get enlightened of any imperfections within us we knowingly or unknowingly try to improve them which pushes us a step forward towards perfection. Similarly, when we see certain imperfections in a person, we must respect them and enlighten them unscathed and this will make us 'The Human Beings' perfect. We, the youth have to take over and take care of the world ahead and if we can cure the inner scars of a person who are getting dumped internally as they fear the imperfections and are insecure of themselves, we can surely craft a world full of positiveness and humanity as Imperfections makes us perfect!

The Human Life

Getting a human life is pretty significant and useful enough. We, the human beings are versatile, we can love, care, be loyal to, and on the same hand cheat, scold and ditch people concurrently. While we are loving and caring for someone we try to keep that person happy and satisfied and concurrently, on the other hand, we act rude to certain people. So, when we behave to certain people in a certain manner we should always be open to getting similar treatment back from that person but, at times when people treat us back the same way we feel bad and act more rudely and again get the same thing back, and it goes on and on and on.....
