Young Adults and Apparent disorders
These days teens and young adults often have confusion, stress, depression, and multiple other apparent disorders. Now the question may arise how do we call it "apparent"? We must name most of them "apparent" just because many of these problems occur due to a lack of information or wrong messages passed between people, and immature teen brains most often relate the issue to their own life. The fact is the problems look similar, but there is a gap between "similar" and "same." You may be in a situation (like who's not facing one??), but before relating and getting attached to a feeling, somebody else has, check whether it's the "same" problem or a "similar" one.
Well, after talking about the problems, we must talk about some of the probable solutions. These problems can be solved by being optimistic, patching up with some good friends, and practicing being happy with little things in life. Being busy with workload can also help as while working, the conscious mind remains active and doesn't let the depressant thoughts come up from the subconscious mind, and after working throughout the day, sleep will automatically come to rescue as a tired brain won't be able to think much.
We may conclude that today's world is full of "alone in a crowd" people. To be happy here, we need to break the chain. The above-stated solutions can help, but we can use any suitable break-the-chain formula to summon happiness.
I hope this helps. Peace!!✌✌
